Dominex Appoints New Director of Foodservice & Expands
Product Line
Dominex, the leader in value added eggplant products
for over 25 years, is pleased to announce an exciting
addition to its foodservice division: Vicki Smith has
joined Dominex as Director of Foodservice Sales. Prior
to joining Dominex, Vicki was the commodity buyer at
Tree of Life, Inc. (a leading natural distributor of
natural & specialty foods) and operated their bulk
foods division, Tree Trading Company. This exciting change
comes as the company continues to expand its line of
all natural vegetarian menu options.
“As a native Floridian with a strong natural food
background, Vicki is an excellent fit for Dominex to
grow our foodservice sales as we launch our new vegetarian
eggplant meatballs and zesty eggplant parmesan patty,” said

will be working on specific national account details
